The Mission

Founded in 1997, the mission of the Carrefour jeunesse-emploi is to help young adults from 16 to 35 years old improve the conditions of their social or professional lives.

We are a community-based organization, managed by a board of directors that is mostly made up of young adults. Our actions are based on the philosophy of community action.

We help young adults attain their social, professional and economic independence. The values at the heart of our actions are solidarity, individual and collective responsibility.
